Bookings and Appointments

• Clients are expected to arrive on time; late arrival may result in reduced treatment duration or rescheduling

Payments

• All prices are displayed in Japanese Yen (¥), United States Dollars ($), and Hong Kong Dollars (HK$), and may be updated without prior notice
• Payment may be required in full or in part at the time of booking
• Accepted payment methods are listed on our website
• Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of your booking

Cancellation and No-Show Policy

• Cancellations or requests to reschedule must be made at least 48 hours in advance
• Late cancellations or failure to attend an appointment may result in:
• Loss of any deposit paid
• Full or partial charges for the booked service
